Our History

The college was established in 1987. It served as its nucleus, making it the oldest academic institution among its peers. The college became a prominent landmark in achieving the goals, aspirations, and plans of higher education. The college focused on preparing a female cadre to undertake secondary education tasks throughout the country. It also aimed to train specialized researchers in the scientific and humanistic fields, with diverse specializations across its eight departments. It has become a vital source for preparing capable national scientific personnel who contribute to scientific research and serve the local and Arab communities.

The college is committed to the mission of preparing female teaching personnel who are knowledgeable about the latest educational and psychological theories, various scientific specializations, and who stay updated with scientific and ethical advancements.

The college plays a crucial role in national education policies by developing teaching staff plans, enhancing curricula to align with modern educational theories, and offering diverse specializations that meet community needs.

Expanding and developing scientific research to address all the challenges facing the educational process and provide ways to enhance it. Preparing teaching staff in various scientific and humanistic disciplines with the capacity and knowledge of the latest developments. Developing the college's curricula in accordance with the advancements of the era.
