Tikrit University - QS World Sustainability Ranking

Tikrit University has achieved a significant milestone by entering the QS World Sustainable University Rankings for 2024, securing seventh place in Iraq out of eight Iraqi universities included in the classification. On a global scale, it achieved the 1500th position.

This accomplishment is the culmination of the university's continuous efforts in the field of sustainability, aligned with the vision of the university presidency, represented by its president, Professor Dr. Waad Raouf, who has strengthened the initiatives aimed at making Tikrit University a model for sustainable universities in the region.
University President Prof. Dr. Waad Raouf emphasized that this achievement is just the beginning. The university will continue to develop its programs and initiatives in the field of sustainability, aiming to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. He added that this accomplishment reflects the university’s commitment to providing a high-quality educational environment and training capable professionals ready to face future challenges.
