Scientific symposium on combating the drug phenomenon

In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Tikrit University organized a seminar series aimed at raising awareness of the dangers and prevalence of drug abuse. The Educational Guidance Unit took the initiative to host a scientific symposium titled "The Role of Psychological Factors and Self-Development in Preventing and Treating Drug Addiction." The symposium aimed to highlight the significance of psychological aspects and personal growth in combatting drug addiction. Esteemed experts and professionals in the field were invited to share their insights, research findings, and effective strategies for prevention and treatment. By organizing this symposium, the university aimed to provide a platform for knowledge exchange and promote a comprehensive understanding of the crucial role played by psychological factors and self-development in addressing the challenges posed by drug addiction.
