In line with the directives of the President of the University of Tikrit, Prof. Dr. Waad Mahmood Raouf, the Complaints Unit in the Citizens Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Department of Media and Government Communication, launched a new initiative to facilitate students’ and staff members’ access to the platform for submitting complaints and feedback addressed to the President’s Office.
The initiative included distributing posters containing a Quick Response Code (QR Code) across all university facilities, including colleges, scientific and administrative departments, service areas, student housing, as well as information desks.
The QR code enables students and employees to submit their complaints electronically with complete confidentiality and without the need to mention their names, ensuring the sender’s privacy and enhancing the speed at which complaints reach the relevant authorities. Complaints are processed according to approved official procedures and closely monitored by the President’s Office.
The University Presidency affirmed that this step comes as part of its ongoing efforts to promote transparency and improve the quality of services and the university environment by empowering all members of the university community to report any observation or violation safely and easily.
