President of Tikrit University Receives the Governor of Salahuddin and Reviews Infrastructure Development Works on Campus

Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, received Mr. Badr Al-Fahal, Governor of Salahuddin, and Engineer Saad Amin Faisal, Head of the Reconstruction Fund.

At the beginning of the meeting, the University President welcomed the guests, and discussions were held on several issues of mutual interest, particularly those related to supporting the university’s development and infrastructure projects.

Following the meeting, the Governor, accompanied by the University President and the Head of the Reconstruction Fund, conducted a field tour inside the university’s parking area. They inspected the ongoing paving works and the opening of new internal roads aimed at reducing traffic congestion within the campus and improving the flow of vehicles and students. They also reviewed the preparations for the main parking area to align with the university’s urban and organizational expansion plans.

At the conclusion of the visit, the Governor expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the University President for his efforts in improving the campus environment, affirming his full support for Tikrit University in implementing its service and development projects, which contribute to strengthening its academic and educational role in the province.
