President of Tikrit University Receives the Director of the Department of Women, Family, and Child Empowerment in Salah al-Din Province

Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, received in his office today (Monday) Dr. Bushra Daham Al-Jubouri, Director of the Department of Women, Family, and Child Empowerment in Salah al-Din Province.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation between the university and government institutions in the province, particularly in supporting issues related to women, family, and children. The university president affirmed that Tikrit University places community service among its top priorities, by providing academic, scientific, and advisory services to all segments of society and official institutions.

For her part, Dr. Bushra praised the university’s pioneering role in supporting community initiatives, noting that Tikrit University was among the first institutions to build bridges of cooperation with Salah al-Din Province through its active scientific participation both inside and outside the university. She also expressed her aspiration for further collaboration and integration in advancing the educational and societal mission.

As a gesture of appreciation, Dr. Bushra presented a bouquet of flowers to the university president on the occasion of his renewed appointment as President of Tikrit University, wishing him continued success and excellence in his academic and administrative duties.
