President of Tikrit University Receives the Commander of Salah al-Din Operations

The President of Tikrit University, Prof. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, received in his office today, Monday, Lieutenant General Abdulmohsen Hatim Al-Abbasi, the Commander of Salah al-Din Operations, along with his accompanying delegation.

At the beginning of the meeting, the University President welcomed the visiting guest, expressing his deep appreciation for the great role played by the security forces and their sacrifices in maintaining security and stability, and in protecting citizens and state institutions.

Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf provided a brief overview of the university’s current status and its academic progress, highlighting its colleges and research centers. He emphasized that Tikrit University is considered an important academic institution in the governorate and is prepared to offer scientific and academic expertise to various departments and institutions across the province to help enhance performance and community service.

For his part, the Commander of Salah al-Din Operations expressed his gratitude for the warm reception, thanking the University President and praising the role the university plays in serving the community and supporting state institutions with expertise and qualified professionals.
