President of Tikrit University Receives the Central Committee for Institutional Accreditation

Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, received in his office the Central Committee for Institutional Accreditation to review the progress of the accreditation project and assess the institutional performance of the university’s colleges.

During the meeting, the University President reviewed the preliminary reports prepared by the specialized committees regarding the evaluation of the university’s colleges. These reports included quality indicators, the rates of implementing institutional standards, and the level of readiness for obtaining accreditation.

Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf emphasized the university administration’s commitment to supporting accreditation efforts and providing an appropriate environment to ensure the success of this project, considering it a fundamental step toward elevating academic and administrative performance and enhancing the university’s competitiveness among its peers.

For their part, members of the Central Committee praised the high level of cooperation shown by the colleges and the progress achieved in implementing quality and accreditation standards. They affirmed that their field visits will continue in order to complete the final evaluation in the coming period.
