President of Tikrit University Receives a Delegation from the Government Contracts Department at the Ministry of Higher Education

Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, , a delegation from the Government Contracts Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, consisting of a specialized working team. The visit comes as part of a field tour aimed at reviewing the performance of the university’s Government Contracts Division and assessing its compliance with applicable structures and regulations.

The visit included a direct review of the workflow within the division and an evaluation of the extent to which its administrative structure aligns with the one approved by the Ministry of Planning. It also involved examining current contracting procedures to ensure they are being implemented in accordance with relevant laws and regulatory instructions.

The University President welcomed the visiting delegation, affirming that Tikrit University has made significant progress in completing a number of vital projects through contracting with reputable companies, in full compliance with the regulations issued by both the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Planning. He noted that the Government Contracts Division has demonstrated its readiness and capability to apply systems with precision and high professionalism.

The visiting delegation expressed their appreciation for the level of organization and smooth workflow observed within the division, praising the administrative commitment and professionalism reflected in the performance of its staff—an indication of the ongoing development of administrative and service structures at the university.

The visit was attended by Assistant Lecturer Saif Ghazaal Saeb, Director of the Government Contracts Division at the university, who provided the delegation with an overview of the latest developments and procedures adopted in the division to ensure efficient and transparent completion of contracting processes.
