Professor Dr. Waad Mahmood Raouf, President of Tikrit University, welcomed Engineer Mufeed Al-Baldawi, Deputy Governor of Salah Al-Din for Technical Affairs, in a meeting aimed at exploring avenues to strengthen strategic cooperation and institutional integration between the university and the local government.
