President of Tikrit University Inspects Paving and Rehabilitation Works on Campus Roads

On Monday morning, November 3, 2025, the President of Tikrit University, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, conducted an extensive field tour to review the progress of paving, resurfacing, and rehabilitation works across various university roads. The tour included the ring road, the parking area, and internal routes, accompanied by several staff members from the Maintenance and Administrative Affairs Departments.

This tour comes within the University Presidency’s commitment to improving infrastructure and providing an integrated academic environment that reflects the prestigious status of Tikrit University and serves its students and staff.

During the tour, the University President emphasized the need to expedite maintenance and paving works in accordance with the required technical standards. He stressed the importance of continuous on-site follow-up to ensure the work is carried out with high quality, contributing to smoother mobility within the campus and presenting it in a modern and civilized appearance.

Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf pointed out that this campaign is part of a comprehensive plan to develop the university’s facilities, accommodate students and teaching staff, and ease traffic congestion.
