President of Tikrit University Honors an External Examiner from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

As part of strengthening scientific and academic cooperation between Tikrit University and Iraqi universities, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, honored today, Thursday, Assistant Professor Dr. Khalid Shanawa Ziyara from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority, by awarding him a letter of appreciation in recognition of his scientific contribution as a member of the master’s thesis defense committee at the College of Education for Pure Sciences / Department of Chemistry for the student Asmaa Ali Salih. This gesture reflects the university’s commitment to reinforcing scientific collaboration with academic institutions in Iraq.

During his meeting with the honoree, the University President emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise between Iraqi universities and the Ministry, noting that such initiatives contribute to supporting the research process and enhancing the level of postgraduate studies, thereby improving the quality of scientific research in Iraq.
