Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, held his weekly meetings in his office at the university presidency with a number of citizens and university staff members to listen to their concerns, suggestions, and issues, and to address them directly and effectively within his legal and administrative authority as part of the university’s weekly citizen affairs program.
The President of Tikrit University instructed the relevant departments to remove all obstacles raised during the meetings within the available legal frameworks and in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He also affirmed the university’s ongoing commitment to providing the best possible services to its students and the wider community, in line with its distinguished academic and cultural role as a leading educational institution.
It is worth mentioning that Tikrit University has designated one day each week for direct meetings with the University President through the Citizens’ Affairs Division at the university presidency. This initiative aims to facilitate procedures for university staff, students, and citizens, enabling them to present their requests directly to the President and to work toward finding appropriate solutions.
