President of Tikrit University Congratulates the Minister of Higher Education on Winning a Seat in the Parliament

Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboodi, on the occasion of his election to the Council of Representatives after earning the confidence of the voters.
