President of Tikrit University Attends Master’s Thesis Defense at the College of Law

The President of Tikrit University, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, attended on Monday morning the defense session of the master’s thesis submitted by student Osama Diaa Mohammed at the College of Law, entitled: “The Role of Credit Rating Agencies in Attracting Foreign Investments – A Comparative Study.”

The defense was held in the presence of a number of professors and researchers. The thesis addressed the importance of credit rating agencies in enhancing the investment environment and their role in directing foreign capital flows, while also presenting a comparison between different international experiences in this field.

The university president praised the researcher’s efforts and the significance of the study’s topic, affirming the university’s continuous support for scientific research that contributes to advancing economic and legal development in Iraq.
