President of the University of Tikrit Congratulates the Iraqi People and the Heroes of the Security Forces on the Anniversary of the Great Victory over ISIS

The President of the University of Tikrit, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmood Raouf, congratulated the Iraqi people and the heroes of the Iraqi security forces in all their branches on the occasion of the anniversary of the great victory over the ISIS terrorist gangs

In his congratulatory message, the University President said:

“With great pride and honor, I extend my warmest congratulations and blessings to the noble Iraqi people and to the brave members of our security forces in all their formations, on the anniversary of the great victory over the ISIS terrorist gangs and the liberation of our pure homeland’s soil from the forces of evil and darkness.”

He affirmed that “the pure blood of our martyrs, shed on the soil of the homeland, will be a beacon for future generations, and their names will be immortalized in the records of history. They are the makers of victory over the enemy.” He prayed to Almighty God to have mercy on the martyrs and to preserve Iraq as a strong and unified nation with all its components and communities.
