Field Tour by the Lens of the Media and Government Communication Department of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department and the Legal Affairs Department During Official Working Hours

The lens of the Media and Government Communication Department conducted a field tour within the departments of the directorate, which included the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department / Public Service Division (allowances, promotions, and service calculation), in addition to the Legal Affairs Department. The tour aimed to review the workflow and document the efforts made by employees.

The tour reviewed the mechanisms for completing allowances, promotions, and service calculation transactions, and the level of auditing and continuous follow-up required to ensure employees’ rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The division makes significant efforts to organize personnel files and complete transactions accurately and smoothly.

The tour also included the Legal Affairs Department, which undertakes important tasks, most notably providing legal consultations, giving legal opinions on transactions and official correspondence, and following up on cases and lawsuits. These efforts contribute to ensuring the soundness of legal procedures and protecting the rights of the directorate.

This tour comes as part of the efforts of the Media and Government Communication Department to highlight the work carried out by the various departments and to showcase the role of employees in accomplishing daily tasks, thereby enhancing transparency and reflecting the true image of the work environment within the institution.
