Professor Dr. Hassan Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant President of Tikrit University for Scientific Affairs, received in his office the Syrian student Hala Khudr Al-Ali, who has been admitted to the College of Medicine under the “Study in Iraq” program. The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Muthanna Ahmed Wakkaa, Director of the Department of Graduate Studies, and Dr. Abdulkhaliq Suleiman, Director of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations
