Assistant President of Tikrit University for Scientific Affairs Welcomes a Lebanese Student Under the “Study in Iraq” Program

In accordance with the directives of the President of Tikrit University, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmood Raouf, Professor Dr. Hassan Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, received one of the Lebanese students admitted under the “Study in Iraq” program, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulkhaliq Suleiman, Director of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations.

During the meeting, Dr. Hassan welcomed the student, affirming Tikrit University’s commitment to providing an outstanding academic environment and supporting international students to help them integrate smoothly into university life and achieve their academic goals.

This meeting comes as part of Tikrit University’s ongoing efforts to enhance its academic and cultural openness to Arab students, in line with the objectives of the “Study in Iraq” initiative launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to attract international students to Iraqi universities.
