Assistant President of Tikrit University for Scientific Affairs Visits the Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department

Professor Dr. Hassan Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant President of Tikrit University for Scientific Affairs, visited Assistant Professor Dr. Mizban Mohammed Farhan, Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, to extend his congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of his appointment to the position.
