The Department of Economics at the College of Administration and Economics at Tikrit University discussed, online, Abid Al-Gani Muhamed Hamed's Master Thesis entitled " Measuring and Analyzing the Effect of Manufactured Products upon the Public Iraqi Product between 2004-2017" The study is concerned with plans development related to the manufacturing industries. The researcher concludes that Iraqi governorates have a large amount of raw materials alongside manpower and public markets that are responsible for marketing different products. The study fosters the absence of banking activities that would activate investment and thus develop the process of economic and social development.    The study recommends that financial expenditure should be subjected to the criteria of economic feasibility and rationalization for the sake of activating public trade.
