Among the voluntary social activities of University stemming from the belief in the need for attention to the children of martyrs in cooperation with the Directorate of education in Salah al-Din, Tikrit University completed the campaign of “My Bag is Beautiful” by distributing a number of school bags and stationery to the children of martyrs in a number of schools in Tikrit in response to the directives of Prof. Dr. Adel Fawzi Shihab, the President, under supervision of Prof. Dr. Hassan Hussein Ibrahim, Vice-President for Scientific Affairs, and attended by Director of media and public relations Department in University and Director of human resources Department in the Directorate of education in Salah al-Din. Assist. Prof. Dr. Maytham Ali Abad emphasized that this campaign aimed at presenting a simple moral gift to children of martyrs who deserve our care in recognition for their parents' great sacrifices for Iraq.
