Tikrit University represented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Naseef Jassim Aswad Salem al-Ahbabi participated in the International Conference on architectural and urban heritage of the Mediterranean region that was held in Hammamat city, Tunisia for the period 18-21/11/2018 under the supervision of the Tunisian Ministry of Cultural Affairs and National Heritage Institute in Tunisia the capital in cooperation with fine arts and cultural studies institution at the University of Tlemcen, Abu Bakr balkaid in the West of Algeria and institution of cultural heritage and language and literature of the University of Ghardiah in the South of Algeria. He has participated with two papers entitled (The impact of political variables on the deterioration of Cultural Landscapes tourism in central and northern Iraq from a contemporary geographical perspective) and (The impact of electronic terrorism on the aggravation of organized crime in Iraq from a contemporary geopolitics perspective). This conference was held in Nabul city, Tunisia for the period 24-26/11/2018. These papers clearly had special significance among the participants in the Conference by attendees’ interaction through interventions and questions which affected the course of Conference. It should be noted that the international and Arabic organizations have adopted this Conference on heritage annually for its scientific value and success, which was reflected by the participation of professors from various Arabic, European and Turkish universities. Also, the second research in the International Conference on combating the electronic terrorism has had a great international significance, which was under the supervision of the International Academy of finance, arbitration and training, where the discussions were made on the events in the Middle East and North Africa.
